Ms Krista Therapy
During my first year providing mental health services at an Elementary School in San Francisco, I asked my kids to call me Ms. Krista, since my last name was so long. It stuck!
Although please call me Krista.
Ms. Krista Therapy represents not just a person but a state of being. It is safety, connection, compassion, non-judgment, and transparency. Through unconditional positive regard and a reduction of power dynamics, we remove the barriers to self-expression.
